LILIANN OBJECT studio integrates artistic integrity with a seamless delivery experience. All orders are fulfilled from our United Kingdom logistics partner network. Whether you are acquiring our core Vessels, Scented Wax Pods, or Pure Essential Oils, every element of your ritual is handled with precision.

Carriers:

We ship via Royal Mail, DHL Express, and FedEx International, selecting the optimal carrier based on destination and order weight.

Order Cut-Off Time:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT (Monday to Friday) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT, or on weekends and UK public holidays, are processed the next business day.

Order Processing Time:

To ensure the highest standard of quality, all orders undergo a strict final inspection and secure packaging process. All orders are dispatched within 72 hours (1–3 business days) from our studio after cut-off time.

Direct from London to your sanctuary

We currently prioritize delivery to the following regions with dedicated logistics partners:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days.
  • United States: 5–10 business days.
  • Australia: 5–10 business days.
  • Rest of World: 8–15 business days. Specific transit times and shipping rates for your location will be confirmed at the secure checkout based on real-time carrier data.

SHIPPING RATES & PRIVILEGES

Transparent Logistics

Complimentary Shipping: We provide complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $50 (or equivalent currency).

Standard Shipping: For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee of $6.90 will be applied at checkout.

Duties & Taxes: LILIANN OBJECT is operated by VIIFORGE LTD, based in London, United Kingdom. For international destinations, any customs duties, local taxes, or import fees incurred upon arrival are the responsibility of the recipient. For Australian customers: orders under AUD $1,000 are generally not subject to customs duties, so in most cases no additional fees apply on delivery.

Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we are unable to provide delivery services to APO/FPO military addresses or PO Boxes. We recommend providing a secure residential or commercial street address for all orders.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Our Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact SUPPORT@LILIANNOBJECT.COM within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please refer to our Returns Policy for details on damage claims.
