Intimate Art PiecesAt LILIANN OBJECT, we view our Crystalline Vessels not merely as commodities, but as intimate art pieces designed for personal ritual. Due to the delicate nature of the crystal wax and our strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any objects once they have been dispatched.
HYGIENE AND SAFETY
A Virgin Vessel GuaranteeOur vessels are crafted to be pristine. Once an object has left our studio, we cannot guarantee its olfactory purity or structural integrity has remained untouched. To ensure that every client receives a virgin vessel, all sales are final.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Immediate ResolutionWhile we do not offer returns for a change of mind, we stand firmly behind the quality of our craft. In the rare event that your object arrives damaged or defective during its journey:
01. Immediate Resolution Please contact our Concierge at contact@lilianobject.com within 48 hours of delivery.
02. Evidence Kindly provide photographic evidence of the damage and the original packaging so we can assess the journey.
03. Replacement We will prioritize the dispatch of a replacement vessel to your sanctuary at no additional cost.
