We want you to be entirely satisfied with your LILIANN OBJECT purchase. We proudly offer a 14-day worry-free return and exchange policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

Maintaining Purity

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unaltered, and in its original pristine packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards, vessels or wax pods that show signs of use or lighting cannot be accepted.

Final Sale Items: Please note that any customized bespoke items, promotional items marked as 'Final Sale', or specific limited-edition refill pods are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Transparent Responsibility

Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, LILIANN OBJECT covers all return shipping costs. A complimentary prepaid return label will be provided.

Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be applied to eligible non-defective returns. Original shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable.

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps so our Concierge team can assist you seamlessly:

01. Contact Us Email SUPPORT@LILIANNOBJECT.COM or call us at +1 424 463 8221 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT) with your order number and reason for return.

02. Approval & Instructions Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions within 1 business day.

REFUNDS & DAMAGES

Immediate Resolution

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Damages: If your object arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence so we can prioritize the dispatch of a replacement at no additional cost.
