Is switching scents messy?

Why separate the pod from the vessel?

Is the wax safe?
We prioritize purity. Unlike mass-market candles that use paraffin, our pods are blended from Premium Golden Wax (Natural Soy Blend). This ensures a clean burn with minimal soot.
Pregnancy and pets considerations
Our natural formulation is generally considered gentle. However, if you are sensitive to fragrances, we recommend using our Unscented Pods. As with all flames, keep the ritual out of reach of paws.

How do I maintain the LED Base?
The wooden base houses a wireless lighting system. A mere 30-minute charge via the included USB cable provides up to 6 hours of ambient illumination.
How do I clean the Crystalline Vessel?
If residue occurs, simply wipe the cooled vessel with a soft cloth and warm water. The Artisan Gel structure is durable and designed to return to its pristine translucency instantly.
V. SERVICE AND JOURNEY
What if my object arrives damaged?
We use custom-engineered cushioning to prevent thermal shock. In the rare event of a mishap, simply contact us within 48 hours, and we will dispatch a replacement immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
